Behind the scenes of Xicano Records

Image
Xicano Record Co. EST 2015 In 2015 I had the idea to start a record label that would be able to represent who I am as a person and the music I love to play and seek out. We are a people, we have a voice, we come from the same continent - we are ALL humans. Jimmy really brings out the cruel truth of people who come for a better life, and end up living a hard life in the states as well. It only goes to show just how much we have been oppressed, yet hardly anything has been done. Our brown women are raped, sexualized and stereotyped as nothing but housewives. Our brown men have been spat on and stepped all ov...
